Reflex Charger and Ridgeline Bow Reviews For a little over a decade Reflex, a division of Hoyt, has been producing solid bows for hunters. In 2007, Reflex completely redesigned their bow lineup. For 2008 they have introduced new bows and continued in the spirit of producing a good value for bow hunters. For this review we are taking a look at the Reflex Charger and Ridgeline 34 bows.

Virginia's Floyd County Deer Need Focus of Hunters 10/31/08
Deer seasons and bag limits in Floyd County are the most liberal offered in western Virginia. Yet over the past decade Floyd County has averaged more out-of-season deer kill permits than any county in the state except Albemarle (Charlottesville) and Fairfax, both of which have significant urban deer management issues. North Dakota Doe Licenses Available Through Jan 4th 10/27/08
The North Dakota Game and Fish Department will continue to sell remaining doe licenses through the end of the archery season. There is no limit to the number of deer licenses a hunter can receive. [Comments?]

When it comes to the Wildlife Department's Controlled Hunts program, few places are revered and esteemed so highly as the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (McAAP) in southeast Oklahoma, and one hunter added to the mystique Oct. 17 when he harvested one of the area's most sought after "nicknamed" bucks, known as the "Ace of Spades." Utah Pronghorn Antelope Hunt This pronghorn antelope was shot on the Parker Mountain/Plateau limited entry unit in Central Utah. It is 13.5 inches tall and scored 74 B&C. It was taken after many botched spot and stalk attempts. Finally we were able to get set up in an area where they came in to us and he was taken at 100 yards with a rifle.
